Breast cancer is one of the diseases some women faces, even though we try to do everything we can to lower the risk and avoid this life-threatening disease. However, sometimes unknowingly we harm our own health and we increase the chances of developing breast cancer, among other diseases.
A research was conducted on a study into the link between drinking milk and breast cancer and came to some horrifying conclusions. They discovered that women who drank 3 cup of milk or more tripled they risk of developing breast cancer compared to women who drank half a cup or none at all.
Why is this so? We already know that milk contains hormones and growth factors which have carcinogenic properties and the same goes for vitamin D supplements which are often present in milk and dairy products. Women who suffer from breast cancer on average consume twice the amount of vitamin D supplements compared with those who don’t.
However, we can’t all blame it on the milk and the vitamin supplements. Other factors contribute to the development of this deadly disease, such as increased consumption of sugar, dough, meat (especially pork) while on the other hand there’s so little fruit and vegetables in our diet. Unhealthy eating habits are the root cause of many diseases.
