To make Sassy’s water you’ll need:
- Fresh ginger,
- Fresh mint leaves,
- One cucumber,
- One lemon and
- 5 glasses of water (use filtered water, it can be bottled – one cup is 250 ml).
Preparation: Wash the lemon, slice it in half and remove the seeds. Make a few cuts in each half and insert them in a container with water (8.5 cups). Do not peel the lemon, and do not squeeze the juice into the water. Peel the cucumber and cut it into rings and add and it in the water
