They will only take 5 minutes and they are recommended by the yoga instructor Randi Ragan. Try this simple stretching exercises and you will fell better and more energized during the day.
Full-Body Stretch
Practice on your breathing and put your hands over your head. Keep your knees straight and clasp your fingers together and pull your hands as higher as you can. Hold this position for 5 seconds while inhaling and exhaling. This exercise will help you feel more relaxed in the morning and you can also repeat it more times.

Figure-Four Stretch
While lying, bend your right leg and cross your left leg (foot) over the right leg. Keep this position for 5 seconds and alternate between legs. This exercise will help in lubricate the joints and knees for better function.

Floor Stretch
Put your feet on the floor and put your knees together. Place your hands on the floor and pull your head down as much as you can. Stretch in this position for 10 seconds and relax your body. This will help you wake up and will provide a full body stretch.

Knees To Chest Stretch
When you wake up, move and lie on the back. Lift both legs and pull them closer to your stomach and chest. Wrap your arms around them and squeeze tightly. For optimal results keep this position for 10 seconds and repeat if needed. This will help you with your lower back and it will have an effect on your mind too.

Supine Twist
For this stretch you need to stretch your arms on the right side and your legs in the opposite direction while keeping the shoulders on the matres. Hold this position for 10 seconds and change sides. This exercise will help with the blood circulation and have an effect on the spine.

Seated Forward Bend
Sit on your bed and straighten your legs. Slowly move your upper torso towards your toes and stretch ad far as you can touching your toes. Repeat at least 10 times for best effect. All these stretching exercises will do wonders for your body and mind at the start of the day.
